Dream On was a series on HBO that was generally regarded as the first R-rated sitcom. It regularly contained nudity and foul language. What Gates did do is wear a flesh colored body suit or bikini to cover the good parts (its visible in some scenes). However, in a few of the shots, she was not wearing this. Therefore, you can sorta see part of her buns and sorta see part of the back of her left breast, in addition to her bare back in some shots.

Gates' best shots (the ones of her legs and her orgasm) are ones in which you can see her face, so why would they use a body double for clean scenes and not for dirty ones? Anyway, here are the pics.
